Terms of Service

Verissimo Coaching, LLC

Welcome to Verissimo Coaching, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, coaching programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Services Provided

We provide emotional clarity and relationship coaching designed to help self-aware adults move from emotional overwhelm, reactivity, and recurring relationship triggers toward emotional regulation, self-trust, and grounded relationships. Coaching is future-focused, action-oriented, and designed for personal growth.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, financial advising, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or believe you may need clinical treatment, please seek the support of a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

2. Contracts Supersede Terms

Following an initial clarity call, clients may be required to sign a coaching agreement or contract specific to their program. In the event of any conflict between such contracts and these Terms, the contract shall prevail and supersede these Terms.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You are solely responsible for your participation and outcomes.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment

  • Fees for coaching sessions and programs must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, ApplePay, PayPal, Zelle).

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (multi-week programs)

Our multi-week programs — the Grounded Relationships Program and the Emotional Clarity Accelerator — are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided that no more than two (2) coaching sessions have been completed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. After 30 days from purchase, or once more than two sessions have been completed, program fees are non-refundable.

Single Sessions & Free Calls

The Emotional Reset Session (single 90-minute session) may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or rebooking. Once the session has taken place, it is non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

The Clarity & Confidence Call is free and therefore not subject to refund.

Rescheduling, No-Shows & Unused Sessions

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • No-call, no-shows — sessions or calls missed without notice — are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit consideration.
  • Where a refund does not apply, unused sessions may, at our discretion, be transferred to a future date or credited toward another service.

Exceptional Circumstances

In genuine exceptional circumstances — such as a medical emergency or other significant unforeseen event — we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit outside the terms above. These requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

No Guarantee of Results

This satisfaction guarantee covers your satisfaction with the quality of the program — it is not a guarantee of any specific outcome or result (see Section 8).

Requesting a Refund

Email support@verissimocoaching.com with your name, the program purchased, and the date of purchase. We'll confirm receipt and let you know the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

6. Session Recordings

  • Coaching sessions may be recorded strictly for educational and training purposes.
  • Recordings are kept securely and deleted after seven (7) years.
  • Clients will be informed prior to recording and may request clarification on storage and use.

7. AI-Assisted Tools

Verissimo Coaching may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support service delivery, including but not limited to transcription of recorded sessions, scheduling, note summarization, and internal analysis to improve coaching effectiveness. These tools are supplementary and do not replace the personalized coaching relationship. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such AI tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific results. Coaching outcomes depend on your commitment, effort, and implementation.
  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical care, and nothing in our Services should be relied upon as professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our Services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (worksheets, videos, guides, frameworks) remain the intellectual property of Verissimo Coaching, LLC.
  • You may use them for personal purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
